Becoming part of a healthy community. I have a thirst for knowledge and am looking to learn more about health, sports, fitness and nutrition. With what I have learned and my experience if at all possible help others along the way too.
My highest weight was 150.1lbs and lowest 118lbs(not healthy) = 32lbs
Monitored my calorie intake, regular physical activity and weight training, support from those close to me, healthy diet and also becoming a vegetarian early on I feel made a difference as well.
I took a fitness course at my school and spent 5 days a week for 1 period (min. 1hr) in the school weightroom. Before then I was working out on my bedroom floor.
Other factors of my success:
Graduate high school > go to university > move out
School basketball, cheerleading, cross country and track & field team
Competitive privately owned cheerleading and track & field clubs. Weekly highjump training
Tennis, golf, and swimming lessons
